Rayan was born in small poor hood in 1965. As small "nigga" he dealt guns in early faze of his life. After some time, his mom and dad borrowed money to get him in nice private school. He was making trouble there, so he was warned few times to change his attitude or he'll be kicked. In one drive by, he's mom and dad got killed, so he left alone, with younger brother. After some time, he moved away, to Los Santos, leaving his brother to uncle. After some time Rayan was accepted to work as street sweeper. He sent money to his uncle as much as he was able. On one day he received letter from address from LV. He rode it, and there was writing his uncle has died from cancer, and his little brother isn't really little now. He found job in Palomino Creek. Rayan in mean time found job in FBI, and he was Head Director. He never really had courage to visit his younger brother. After some time he found his younger brother. Last he know is that his brother is currently in street drug gang "Ballas" and his name on street is "Sly_Boogy". Rayan hopes he will get his brother back in his life ! Rayan is currently working in the LSPD. He's ranked "Captain" and he's really proud of it.
