New Vagos Leader - Vote please

Two applicants are struggling for the same faction. For a better circumstances i want to make a direct comparison about the two guys.

Why do you want to lead this faction?: Because on Aftermath I was apply for LSV leadership and I still want to lead this faction because this faction is my life
Explain RP, DM, PG, MG, OOC, IC:RolePlay : When you act like in real life , DeathMatch: When you kill another player with no rp reason , Power Game: When you do unreal things like crash your car and drive away like nothing happend , Meta Game : When you mix OOc things with Ic ones [ Like say in ic chat]. Out Of Character : Is the chat when you can spek the irly things
Anything else you want to add?Yes I have here some basic rules :1: The ritual of reception: The beating of 18 seconds
2: Take charge of protecting the people from the neighborhood
3: It sells grass [marijuana]
4: If someone does not follow the rules will receive a gang fight

(The Conflict Beetwen Vagos and Families Can be Explained By Turf Wars, Thise gangs For allready Long Time Fight for "Seville Boulevard" And "East Beach"). The Vagos Were Seen Wearing Yellow Colors, The Vehicles This gang mostly Uses Are: Oceanic, Torando, hermes, Savanna, Bike.
What can you do for this faction?: Well The Old School Player Might Rember Me in Charge Of This Gang, And How It Was Going When i was Leading, I Would like to Make Vagos Active And To Make them the Best RP gang on the Server, I Will Check Every Member i recruit and He Will Have to RP with Us For Sometime before he gets accepted.
Why do you want to lead this faction?: I Understood That The Faction i Belong in is Vagos, i Had The Best Momenets of my Time Playng SA-MP in this Faction, And i Really Like To RP as A Mexican.
Explain RP, DM, PG, MG, OOC, IC:
RP - Roleplay = Acting like in real life and using the /me and /do commands. Example: /me approcahes his and pulls the door locker.
/me slowly gets in the car and closes the door
/me leans back on the seat and spins the key in the car egnition
/me attempts to start up the engine
/do engine started up (( ))
/me starts to drive off
DM - Deathmatch = Killing A Play For a Non Roleplay Reason And Without Roleplay.
PG - Powergame = Acting unrealistic in Game With the Help Of /me Command and Not only for
Example: /me pulls out a minigun from his underpnats and explodes all Los Santos.
MG - Metagame = Mixing OOC and IC Chats, For Example: You Are Walking Around the Street and Some Random Player approcahes you that you never met RP'ly and he Calls your IC name without an explanation how he knew it was your name.
OOC - Out Of Character = Chat That is Used for Random Non RP Talking, For Example Smile Posting, Internet Slang, And in RL problems.
IC - In Character = Chat That Was Made for Roleplay Situations for Example: Talking With your Gang on the Server in Roleplay Way.
Anything else you want to add?: I Would Like to Add Few More Words, I Really hope i get accepted as the new vagos leader, I Really Thought Long (Since 1993 aftermath Roleplay) What i would like to join, and i decided that my place is in Vagos, I know Demarcoss Allready Applied for Leader, But Its not against the rules that there will be two applicants, so let the strongest Win.

I'm undecided about the two applicants. They are both great RolePlayers.

Voted For Compton, He deserves it,and He can RP.
Also i feel like CPT have got new ideas about Gang RP,so i want to see em.

Both applies are good but i think that compton have more experience with that.. so my vote goes to him..

I gave him the vote cuase as i started to play the server, He was the Vago leader and Vagos was my first gang, He and Bishop teached me how to RP, I RPed as vago memeber, and from what I remember CPT was REALY good leader..

Cpt , defentely , I know he can make the gang as good as the old days , just if he gets some support from other player

Both applicants have flaws and good sides, but my vote will go for Compton, he has a better and longer leading experience with factions and despite of him leaving them most of the times in a short period, admins choosing him over and over again (plus the poll) proves that he's also trusted for his leadership and role play abilities by most people. He manages to attract players into the faction he leads and is fairly informed and experienced with Hispanic crime role play and everything around it. Demarcos, even if you don't receive the leadership, you should remain in the faction, and if you take a high rank and deserve it by Compton's opinion, you will gain a valuable experience in both Hispanic role play and leadership abilities which will be good for you. So look up to him. And if the possibility of Compton leaving happens, you can be ready by then to take lead of the faction, following his footsteps, so it isn't such a big loss situation for you, even if you don't get the leadership, so you should remain within the faction and help out Compton despite everything.

Cpt....man,be vagos..but stay on it...i hope u'll enjoy the spot if u'll get it,good luck.
