Kenji Kasen was born and raised in Japan with his siblings Kazuki and Asuka, joining the Yakuza gang before moving to the United States in 1989
He moved to Liberty City in 1991 and opened his casino, Kenji's Casino, in Torrington, the same place his brother Kazuki had owned his casino
after two years of success Kneji moves to Los Santos to try hes luck in some other "Jobs" as Prostitution and Smuggling.
in 1992 Kenji Starts a Small Yakuza Organization in Los Santos,with no power whats so ever,and richness beyond any dreams,Kenji atttemps to take over Los Santos Recruit as much members as he can.
